A waterline break at home, and Jack from Riverhead there within the hour: that is how a 2026 customer described a call to Riverhead Plumbing Services LLC. That 2026 customer wrote that he fixed the lines "like nothing ever happened." A recent customer, who names Jack as the owner, said Riverhead has completed multiple large and small plumbing jobs for them, and that Jack explains his thoughts on the solutions he proposes so the customer can understand them. A recent customer said Jack showed up on time and was well prepared with all the right parts to complete the job.
Riverhead has completed multiple large and small plumbing jobs for me now and they are as thorough yet efficient of a company that you can hire. Jack (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and emphasizes focus on critically thinking through the solutions he proposes, and always explains his thoughts to help you understand whether his solution not only makes sense to him but also to you. Jack is very respectful and always puts the customer first. As long as Riverhead is around, I don’t have to search for a plumber ever again.
Jack was very professional. He showed up on time and was well prepared with all the right parts to complete the job. I'm very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.
Riverhead is a well oiled machine of a company. I had a waterline break at my home. I called Jack from Riverhead and he was here at my house within the hour and fixed my lines like nothing ever happened. I would recommend his work to anyone. He is beyond knowledgeable of his craft and very professional. If I ever have any plumbing issues from here on out he is my first and only phone call
