RS Contracting Inc

RS Contracting Inc works out of Somerville, doing carpentry, tile work, and interior and exterior painting for homeowners within roughly a 25-mile radius — the company names Chelsea, Newton Highlands, Winthrop, Swampscott, and Lynnfield among the towns it covers. It says it opened in 2015, after its team had already spent 18 years in the property-improvement trade. There's a single review on file so far, and it's a specific one: a Google reviewer described custom carpentry pieces finished with "incredible precision and attention to detail" and said the whole job felt seamless enough to hire the crew again. With one customer account online, there isn't a long public history to lean on yet — it's worth asking to see photos from recent carpentry or tile jobs before booking. This is a fit for carpentry and tile work — cabinetry, trim, floor or shower tile, a repaint — for a homeowner comfortable hiring on a strong early review rather than years of accumulated ones.
