Sea Coast Roofing and Siding

Sea Coast Roofing and Siding is a Lynn, MA contractor that says it's served the North Shore for more than 30 years, tracing its start to 1996. All 15 of its written reviews since 2023 are five stars, with four more landing in just the past six months. The reviews describe straightforward, well-executed jobs: a roof replaced within budget that stopped a persistent leak from a hard winter, a full roof replacement finished in two days, and a siding project where the homeowners say the price they were quoted came in at a third to a quarter of what other contractors asked. Several reviewers, including one working with a team member named Jim on the siding job, describe the crew as prompt, professional, and communicative throughout. A handful of the 2024 reviews refer to the business by a different name — "Lynn Superior Roofing and Siding" or "Superior Roofing" — rather than Sea Coast Roofing and Siding; this is likely an earlier name for the same Google listing, though it's worth confirming which company actually did the work described in those specific reviews. There's nothing negative among these reviews, and the stated service area covers Lynn, Salem, Swampscott, Saugus, Peabody, and Marblehead. For a roof or siding project, the main thing worth asking before booking is which name the company currently operates under and whether the crew and ownership are the same as in the older reviews.
