Seaside Pool Services

Pool installation and ongoing care are both part of Seaside Pool Services’ advertised work on Cape Cod. The company describes itself as a family business founded in 1997 by David Cavatorta, who began as a one-man operation. It says he now works alongside two of his sons and that the business is based in Dennis. Its stated service area runs from Bourne and Falmouth to Truro and Provincetown, including the intervening Cape towns named on its website. BBB lists pool cleaning and care, seasonal openings and closings, repairs and liners among its services. BuildZoom identifies the business as D.J. Corp. doing business as Seaside Pools and shows 28 pool/spa construction permits. BuildZoom also lists Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration number 183892; that is a directory claim. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and lists it as non-accredited. Its profile gives a January 2015 business start date, while the company’s website claims a 1997 founding. An August 2026 Google reviewer reported a leaking pool that the company had installed and that the customer said was under warranty. The customer described rude, unresponsive treatment from owner Dave and said a threatened lawsuit was needed to get him to visit. After he came, the reviewer said, he did not follow up to discuss the problem.
