Security Lifetime Window Replacements

One of the window panes cracked not even 2 months after he installed it. He said that he would replace it because it likely had a crack at install. He has been giving me the runaround for 7 months. Today, I happen to see him show up at my building and I thought he was finally here to replace the glass. Turns out he was dumping his own trash in our building's dumpster! He said "I didn't think you all would mind." WHAT?! To top it off, he did not have my window glass and said he'd forgotten. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Very unprofessional. Tried to rob my father of $100 deposit for a window he asked for TWO MONTHS AGO. Said it would take 3-4 weeks and I had to call him off of my phone number so that he would answer because he wouldn’t return my fathers calls. Very rude when answering and tried to play it off saying it would be here next week. Like we could have a whole in our house for 2 months. Guy clearly doesn’t care about the well-being of his customers. He clearly tried to take advantage of my father who was about to let it go because he felt defeated. DONT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE

Worst job I ever experienced. Windows leaking, bay window sagging. Bruce never returned any of my calls in regards to any of the issues. I will not and would not recommend them to anyone.

This contractor installed storm windows for the property developer before I bought the property. That they were cheap windows was not Security's fault but the developer's choice. One of the windows was not properly installed. I did not notice this until 6 months later when winter came. I called to have it repaired. They fixed it by installing a wood strip. They could have blown me off but didn't.
