Servpro did a great job explaining and walking my family through a very difficult and stressful time that came from water damage over the winter. They came in and were very clean professional and did a great job.Andrew and Mason were great help. They even helped catch my dog who snuck out the door. They were considerate to be as quick and quiet with our baby son at home. Couldn’t have had a better experience

We had our water heater let go in the middle of the night. Servropro was great..got someone out asap and they help clean up the water in the carpets and floors and set up fans and humidifiers and came back 2 days later and mitagated the water damage..quick , courteous and a pleasure to deal with in a stressful time and also worked great with my insurance company

I am so grateful for the Servpro team. Mary has been great in getting me scheduled for emergency service within 24 hours and staying in communication. Jonny and Cam are an awesome team, and Stone is a magic problem solver and advisor / supervisor! Everyone is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Once we found the root cause of a failed sump pump, replaced with a temporary pump I purchased, they cleared the standing basement water, set up the furniture for drying and installed all the fans and dehumidifiers needed to dry out everything. I can’t recommend the team and Servpro of Merrimack more highly. They are certainly there when you need them. I’m feeling the advertisement is being fulfilled…..”like it never happened”. Attached are pics before they came out. I’ll update once all service is completed. Cheers!! Update: Like it never happened…happened! Jonny and Cam came out this week to remove equipment and some water-damaged items…mostly empty cartons, clean and mop the floor with anti-microbial treatment and take down the vapor barrier. Again, a great experience! They were on time, friendly and professional as usual and efficient. My basement is dry again!! While I hope I don’t need to call in the future, it’s great to know that I can count on Servpro of Merrimack to be there when I need them. See the pics of the great results. Thanks, Servpro Team!
