A recent customer working with the company on ice dam repair says Kevin came out for the initial assessment, then Juan showed up with his crew Edwin and Juan, with Felipe there on day 2. That customer says they were punctual, kept them informed, were respectful of the home, finished in less time than planned and hauled away all the debris with them. In another recent review, a customer says Brian White and the team responded almost immediately, quickly provided a clear, fair quote, scheduled them incredibly fast, arrived on time and left everything in pristine condition. In a 2026 review, a customer who hired the company for mold remediation in their attic said Gina and Kevin went above and beyond when communicating and the job got done quickly. In a separate 2026 review, a customer who had home repairs done said Ryan, the project manager, along with Jonathan and Daisy, did a beautiful job on the project; that 2026 customer added that during a snow storm, while the paint was drying, Jonathan and Daisy cleaned the driveway and helped an elderly neighbor with hers. Excellent, Fast Service! From start to finish Brian White and the ServoPro team of Lawrence, Salem/Plaistow and Andover were fantastic! After reaching out to them, they responded almost immediately and quickly provided a clear, fair quote for the job. Not only was the communication seamless, but they also scheduled us incredibly fast, which we deeply appreciated. The team arrived on time, was highly professional, and provided excellent service throughout. They were efficient, thorough, and left everything in pristine condition. We are in the process of ice dam repair and have recently been working with Servpro Salem/Plaistow. A couple shout outs, Gina in the office is kind, personable, accommodating, and all together just great at her job! Kevin had come out for our initial assessment, he was friendly, professional, and very well educated on the processes we were entering, great experience with him. Then came the hard work, Juan showed up with his crew Edwin and Juan, all three men were fantastic, as well as Felipe on day 2! They were punctual, professional, clean workers, kept me informed, respectful of our home and space, and a joy to be around. This type of work, in your home, can really be disruptive and intrusive, these men were exactly what we needed. They even finished in less time than planned and hauled away all the debris with them. 10/10 would recommend and use again in the future. Extra shout out to Edwin as he is the one we've spent most of our time with, you are fantastic and we were so grateful to have you work on our project.

Had a wonderful experience having my home repairs done. Ryan-Project Manager, Jonathan and Daisy were amazing to work with. They worked so hard every day. They were very professional and kind. Their work was top notch and they did a beautiful job on the project. The entire process was smooth and accommodating to my work schedule. On top of this, we had a snow storm and while the paint was drying Jonathan and Daisy cleaned the driveway and went above and beyond and helped an elderly neighbor with hers. Truly wonderful human beings on top of being TopNotch professionals. I’d definitely recommend them for any projects.
