Smart General Services INC

Smart General Services is an Everett, Massachusetts company built around exterior power washing — reviewers keep describing the same "night and day" difference on their houses, garages, and decks after a visit. The crew, often named as Rodrigo in reviews, also markets epoxy coating for garages, driveways, and basement floors across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, backed by a 3-year warranty. Between 2023 and 2026 the company has collected 20 reviews across Google and Thumbtack, all of them 5 stars; Thumbtack gives it a perfect 5.0 rating over 12 reviews, 59 completed projects, and 8 years in business. In 2023 reviews, customers described the crew power washing a house and garage until it looked brand new, and one said Rodrigo also painted their living room and the exterior of their home. The most recent reviews, from spring 2026, tell the same story — prompt communication and a price that came in a few hundred dollars under a competing quote for power washing, with one customer already booking a follow-up for garage epoxy coating. This is a solid call for exterior power washing or an epoxy garage or driveway floor; confirm the scope and get the warranty terms in writing, especially if the job is scheduled across the Massachusetts–Rhode Island line.
