The harder part of the history is the recent part. A November 2024 customer wrote that one of their new gutters was coming off the house and that three requests over two months for a warranty repair had gone unanswered. In November 2025 two more customers left one-star reviews — one calling the experience terrible, the other describing the company as unreliable, dishonest and disrespectful. The state registry shows the company's home improvement contractor registration, number 211063, as expired. Ask Brian directly which registration covers your job before work starts. For a straightforward gutter replacement or leaf guards from someone who quotes fast and doesn't pad the job, the 2023 and early 2024 customers were well served. Get the warranty in writing — who honours it, for how long, and how to reach them — and settle the registration question before you sign.
