We had an excellent experience start to finish with Snow Country! I called in late August about getting our roof done and, while most companies said they couldn’t get to us until spring, Snow Country got us right in during September! Everyone on the team was responsive and friendly. When they found rotting wood under our old shingles they were very quick to update us on the situation and guide us through next steps. Our roof looks beautiful and we’re so happy!
If you're looking for an organization that communicates well, let's you know what to expect on time, this is the group. Our yard was cleaned at the end and the team communicated very well.
Snow Country did a great job from start to finish. They got back to us quickly on the initial quote, and it was broken down in a way that made sense. Our roof was a major job as it had 4 layers of shingle plus an old layer of cedar shake that was a century old. Out building was historic and it was important that we used the right materials. We especially appreciated that they came out and consulted with us a few times on site to make sure we were taking the right approach. The workers were exceptional too. They were very experienced and worked quickly and efficiently. As you can imagine with all that old roof, the clean up was insane...but they handled it! It was a huge job, and we were so happy with the way it turned out. Thank you everyone at Snow Country!
