Stove and refrigerator were left plugged in, not covered but SoilAway left a whole-house HepaVac unit running 24 hrs a day for about a week; we were warned to not be in the house; it's light green mist would fill every crevice where mold might have grown after the water damage but a manager forgot to bring the unit to the house and went on a cruise. Mid next week, it took a dozen phone calls to any SoilAway tel I could find to get a Vac at my house; it was 100*F in my solar south home; great for winter, and we did not have AC throughout.They had day laborers in our home because they'd been bought out by another company who made them dismiss 30 experienced personnel, so we had day laborers for a month in and out of our house from a temp agency.
We at Community Chapel cannot say enough about the team at Soil-Away! We have had two major, disruptive events due to ice dams and basement classroom flooding, and they have responded promptly, been more than fair and flexible in the pricing, and demonstrated genuine concern for what's best for the church. Josh and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and are great to work with!

After a mini stove fire, Soil-Away came in and cleaned up the soot in every nick and cranny possible. Cher and her team did a beautiful job, and took so much stress out of a terrible situation!
