Another describes Jim and his son Chris showing up the same day a pool turned black and getting the chemistry right again; "a little on the pricier side," the reviewer noted, but worth it for the speed. Worth asking about before booking: five 1-star Google reviews between October 2025 and March 2026 all trace back to one dispute — a service contract canceled after a billing disagreement.
