Supra Installation

I had every intention of using Supra for my flooring until they were extremely unfair to one of my hair client. They were supposed to fix 4 or 5 pieces of wood they replaced in a kitchen for her floors, they kept setting up dates to come to fix it and would never show up or text that day saying they couldn’t come and she would have to constantly chase Junior to reschedule. Spending thousands of dollars to get flooring done and have to chase for a fix is unacceptable.This has been going on for 6 months now, she has a 1 year warranty and it just seems there waiting till the warranty is over. I highly recommend you look somewhere else before using Supra. Very disappointed in the professionalism especially when I seeked them out for my client and this is how they treated her. How embarrassing!!!

After tiles were removed, Carlos did an excellent job of installing the new floor, and was a pleasure to work with as he did the work.

Job was supposed to take 3 days, on the third day is less than one third finished. Completed work has many issues. The floor is uneven and the grout has holes. The photo shows these issues marked by blue tape. Trying to tile a floor not make a rock climbing wall. Needless to say I’m unsatisfied thus far. Junior, the foreman who has not been on site, has promised to fix and get it done right so we will see. Am keeping this review up until we see it fixed.

Worked with Junior on getting a new kitchen floor. He was very patient and was always there to help guide me on my choice of flooring and setting up an installation date. They were on time, took care of any extra supplies, and did a great job. Even got a follow up call. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GET YOUR FLOORS DONE BY SUPRA PERIOD Junior says there is a year warranty but as soon as he leaves he is no were to be found. They messed up a part of my floor and say they will fix it but it has been 6 months and nothing. As being a owner of a business I do not like writing a bad review but would NEVER treat a client the way Junior has treated me. I gave them plenty of opportunity to fix the problem before writing this review.
