Tarique Wilson Electrical

Tarique Wilson is the electrician people in Worcester County call when something is wrong and nobody can say what. Customers keep describing the same kind of visit: a problem nobody could pin down, and Wilson tracing it. In an August 2024 review, a homeowner with several bad outlets said he identified every problem and fixed each one; another that month said he "fixed what another big company completely messed up." In October 2025 a customer wrote that he showed up when he said he would and troubleshot the problem. The business says it serves Worcester, Shrewsbury, Westborough, Spencer and Lancaster, with service upgrades, panel changes, wiring, lighting, EV charger installation and repairs. His Massachusetts electrician licence, #55836, is active on the state registry in his own name. BBB gives the business an A+ and lists Tesla and ChargePoint certifications. The jobs people describe are mostly small and household-scale. A November 2025 review covers a bathroom fan replacement at a fair price; a December 2025 customer had damaged wires repaired and said he explained what was going on. A January 2024 reviewer had no heat on a Sunday and said he came out and got the power running again. The fullest account is from November 2021: a sub-panel, two ceiling fans and two outdoor outlets, with an itemized estimate emailed on the spot and a written contract. Price comes up often, in words like "fair price" and "doesn't over charge," and an October 2025 reviewer who is a contractor said he uses Wilson for all his electrical work. The ratings hold up across platforms: 4.8 stars from 41 Google ratings, 4.9 from 37 on Thumbtack and 4.7 from 16 on Angi and HomeAdvisor. Two reviews cut the other way. A May 2026 one-star Google review said he "treats old clients like a money grab" and questioned his loyalty to clients, without describing a job, and a 2021 Angi reviewer wrote only "Do not hire him."
