Teddy Bear Pools and Spas

If I could rate the customer service separately from the pool, it would get zero stars. I purchased a pool from Teddy Bear and have continued to pay this company every year to open and close it, spending hundreds more annually and tipping their crews well. After being told by one of their own technicians that my Eco Smart system was missing a timer that should have been included, I contacted the company expecting a simple conversation. Instead, I got one of the most arrogant and dismissive customer service experiences I've ever had. The service department manager's response was, "I didn't sell that pool to you," as though the company has no responsibility for products it installs unless the exact same employee still works there. He then asked, "What do you want me to do?" rather than offering a single solution. To top it off, he interrupted the conversation to tell me he had a "more important call" and transferred me without another word. This company had no problem taking my money, year after year, but the moment I needed help, I was treated like I was wasting their time. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing here and this manager clearly dislike his job. If this is how management treats someone who has spent thousands of dollars with them, imagine how they'll treat you once they've already cashed your check.

The lid that lives on the basket that collects debris would not come off in my above ground pool motor. I took photos and went to Teddy Bear yesterday. The young man at the service counter offered precise instructions how to open the lid and recommended a new O ring and lubricant. I was able to open the lid and change the O ring. Thank you Teddy Bear for great customer service!!!

Over the years Teddy Bear Pools has provided guidance and services for my in ground pool in Greenfield. I’ve worked with Bill and Mike primarily and they have always provided excellent customer service, very personable. They do a good job of sticking to the dates and quotes and communicate well. I would recommend Teddy Bear Pools.

I had a wonderful experience with Julio from Teddy Bear Pools, who came to repair the heater for my Tiger River Spa. He was polite, friendly, and introduced himself warmly. His work ethic was phenomenal, demonstrating professionalism and care throughout the service. When I asked if my dog could come outside to do his business, he smiled and reassured me it was no problem. Julio's positive attitude and approach made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend! Been a customer for over 30 years and won’t go anywhere else! Our above ground pool that we bought from Teddy Bear has stayed in great shape - have only had to replace the liner once a couple of years ago. If you want a high quality product that lasts, this is the place to go for all your pool needs!
