We recently had 130 yards of carpet installed throughout our home, and the experience with Touchdown Carpets was outstanding from start to finish. Their products are high quality, the workmanship is excellent, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. Dave Radcliff was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and always responsive, making multiple trips to our home with samples and helping us find the perfect carpet while staying within our budget. He made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. A special thank you to Tiago and Nicholas, whose installation work was exceptional. They carefully moved our furniture and many plants, paid close attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. Their professionalism, hard work, and respect for our home were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Touchdown Carpets and this outstanding team!

Had a whole upstairs carpet installed back in 2020 and since then have had nothing but issues. Many bubbles, carpet not cut properly and loose carpet all over. Contacted Touchdown and had them come out twice to try to fix the issues and here we are in 2025 still dealing with bubbles. Contacted Touchdown again and this time they wouldn’t even speak to us. Had to hire a professional carpet installer who was appalled at the crappy install. Carpet was never laid properly, and not even stretched in places. $6000 should get you something for ur money. Don’t waste urs here. Short of doing an entire new install we r stuck paying someone else trying to fix something that was never done right in the first place. The professional carpet installer told us based on how it needs to be stretched he can’t even fix half the issues without tearing up the whole carpet. Very unprofessional of this company to not go above and beyond to make this right. Save urself a ton of aggravation and do ur research and go elsewhere.

STAY AWAY. in July of 2024 they came to my house to measure kitchen and bathroom floors, picked out tile and I made down payment at end of September 2024, that's when communication stopped! I was told during measurements that I had to get a plumber to disconnect my stove and toliet because that was a service they did not supply. I tried to get an installation date prior to having my plumber come out because i didn't want to be without a toilet or stove for a while, but I could never get an installation scheduled. I called and called and eveytime I got an excuse that the guy who does the scheduling was not there, or stepped out, or he would call me right back. But they never did! It wasn't until I asked for my money back towards the end of November of 2024, is when they responded; some what. At first they told me that I could cancel but a restocking fee would be applied. I told them i didn't think I should have that applied because I called and called to get the installation but they never got back to me. At first they told me that I was right and would talk to the owner but they never got back to me! So I kept trying and they ultimately offered me a discount on the tile and refund the rest of my money. I initially declined, however at the end of February 2025 the owner once again said they couldnt refund my money as the tile could not be returned and again offered me the discount and he said he would deliver the tile to me. To put all this to bed, I finally agreed and asked owner when they would drop the tile off (as they stated they would do that)? Again I got no response. 3 months went by without communication. I eneded up filing a complaint with the attorney generals office, to which they out sourced the complaint to a mediation service. The mediation service spoke to owner and they company still would not offer a refund. Owner made claims that I canceled an installation date twice, and when I asked the mediator to get me the dates that the installation was supposedly "scheduled" and when I supposedly "canceled", the company told them that they dont keep those records. I finally had to send them a 93a demand letter and just after 30 days they refunded my money! It took me a year to get my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

They ordered the wrong tile, round 2 was defective so they took it back. Make sure you check your tile before you accept it and put it down.

I was very impressed in all aspects of our experience with Rob from Touchdown Flooring. From sales to installation, all has been a great process. The crew went above and beyond with attention to detail and very respectful. Very impressed with Rob and his team and highly recommend them for anyone with flooring needs.
