TP Construction came and put on a brand new deck for us. We are beyond in awe of the way it turned out. TP Construction is amazing and does amazing work. Would highly recommend.

Tiago has worked on two major renovation projects in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The first was a full kitchen and dining room renovation that involved removing walls, replacing a wooden load-bearing beam with a steel beam, relocating electrical work, moving plumbing. and HVAC. The project was complex, but Tiago handled every aspect with an exceptional attention to detail. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him again two years later to completely renovate our guest bathroom. He took it down to the studs and rebuilt it from the ground up. One of the most challenging aspects of the project was the tile work around the bathtub, where precise alignment was critical. Tiago did an incredible job, and the finished result looks fantastic. Across both projects, Tiago consistently delivered a meticulous attention to detail. We trust his work completely and will absolutely hire him again for any future renovations.

We cannot say enough incredible things about TP Construction. From start to finish, they delivered far beyond our expectations—both in craftsmanship and as genuinely wonderful human beings. They completely redid three bathrooms, built an absolutely stunning custom fireplace, installed flooring and baseboards throughout our entire home, removed old columns, and designed and installed beautiful custom railings. Every detail was handled with exceptional care. Tiago is incredibly thorough and never cuts corners to get the job done faster, which shows in the quality of the finished work. Just as important, they were never flaky—always transparent about when they would be on-site and when they wouldn’t be there. What truly sets TP Construction apart is their integrity. Tiago is the most honest contractor we have ever worked with, even providing $50 receipts on a six-figure renovation. They were always respectful of our budget and communicated clearly every step of the way. We also have a toddler, and the crew was incredibly thoughtful—making sure nothing dangerous was ever left out at the end of the day. That level of consideration meant the world to us. On top of everything, we had a very tight timeline: only 60 days to complete major work before moving in after selling our previous home. Tiago and his crew worked night and day to finish the flooring so we could move our furniture in on time. They truly went above and beyond in every possible way. We can’t wait to work with TP Construction again in the future. It may sound odd, but we truly miss saying good morning to him every day.

Tiago and his crew were awesome. Very professional and I couldn't be happier with my deck! I can't wait for the weather to cooperate so I can sit outside! I have had so many people stop to look at it. Believe me, you would not be disappointed!

I had TP Construction remove my old deck and build a new one. Tiago did the design and got the necessary permits. His attention to detail and quality of work are excellent.
