We had an excellent experience working with True Glaze. After being ghosted by a different company and receiving some awful customer service from another, I was so thrilled to connect with Martha. Her communication was so clear, transparent, and prompt- she had no issues answering any of my questions and she actually told me to be sure I was asking for proof of insurance from anyone I got a quote from. Scheduling was so easy and we were able to have two bathtubs done on the same day, really expediting the process for us. The tubs look incredible - we had one small concern about a spot near the drain, and Martha responded to me immediately, sending someone out right away to take a look. It turned out to be related to the tub itself and was a super quick fix. I feel great about the warranty and the relationship we’ve established and would highly recommend working with True Glaze!
