MB Exterior Solutions is a one-man power-washing operation out of Methuen — reviewers consistently name Michael (or Mike) as the person who shows up, quotes the job, and does the cleaning himself. For most of its history the reviews describe careful, methodical work: mold stripped from siding, years of grime lifted from a house "covered in mold, dirt and staining" that one 2022 reviewer said looked freshly painted afterward, and enough care taken with older siding that a customer nervous about washing a 25-year-old exterior was talked through the low-pressure approach beforehand. Two more recent Google reviews break that pattern. A 2025 review described Michael soaping down a house during rain and leaving before rinsing it off, calling the result outrageous. A second, also from 2025, wasn't about a completed job at all — the reviewer said they'd never hired MB but were put off by a flyer taped to their mailbox and left around the neighborhood. Nearly all of the detailed, specific reviews on file run from 2021 through mid-2023, with a gap before the two 2025 entries — worth asking whether Michael is still running the business the same way, and getting specifics on how a job will be finished, rinse included, before booking.
