Ty and his crew have helped us in the past and did another great job on our floors in our building in the Old North End. They cleaned up a bunch of older floors and got them looking beautiful and 'new'. Would definitely recommend Ty and would definitely use him again!
Ty's Floor service has been awesome to work with and they do an excellent job. I have hired them multiple times as I am restoring an old house and they have been a big part of the restoration team!! In 2020, they refinished oak floor in a large great room that was in very bad shape with lots of water damage and the floor came out amazing. In 2021, they restored the dining room oak floor, once again great job. In 2022, they restored a sitting room and pantry maple floor and it looks amazing. in 2025, they restored a birch floor in three rooms and my only regret is that i didn't get this project done sooner. I have two more rooms to go and I know who is doing the work, Ty's floor service! From Grand Isle, VT
They did an excellent job!

The sanding process was efficient, and they worked meticulously to ensure every corner of the floor was smooth and even. The team also took extra care to minimize dust, using high-quality equipment that made the whole experience much cleaner than I anticipated. When it came time to finish the floors, the attention to detail was evident. The finish is flawless—my floors look brand new!
