Valley Hydro Pros LLC

A Reddit commenter on r/connecticut wrote in 2026 that Valley Hydro Pros in Canton came out quickly for an emergency, and that the bill was more reasonable than they had been expecting. The company says it has been in business for 50 years and names Farmington as its service area. A recent Google customer said Ian arrived within an hour on a Saturday to repair a water line that a delivery person broke while installing a refrigerator; the same customer has used the company for well work, a hot water heater replacement and toilet and faucet replacements. A customer who needed a new pump said they came the same day and fixed everything. Water treatment is part of the work too. A 2026 customer said Tom recommended and installed a system to filter the iron and manganese in their well, and that the company had serviced that system for years. A 2024 customer wrote that Tom traced a sewage odor to a vent pipe that was never glued during construction of the home, and that it was fixed. In a 2023 review, a customer said the company replaced their water pump, accumulator and hot water tank and brought the well up to code, with pricing exactly what was quoted. A 2022 customer said Tom was at the house by 9am on a Saturday to diagnose a water heater that had quit, found a replacement about an hour away, and that Tom and Ian had hot water running again by 1pm.
