My complete bathroom remodel was done by Versatile Builders LLC. I know that I made the right choice. Throughout the process, owner Jimmy Vo was attentive and easy to work with. The bathroom is small and I had a general idea of what I wanted it to look like. Jimmy listened to my ideas and offered advice from tile finishes to faucets. I appreciated that. The work that Jimmy did was outstanding. His tile work is flawless and his carpentry skills are just as good. He replaced a window and the marble threshold that he recommended and installed added a nice touch. When I wanted to make a few changes to the plan, he agreed. Jimmy and his team took great care to minimize the dirt and dust from the project. On a few occasions, I had to contact him. He responded quickly and worked to resolve the issues. I am very happy with the work that Versatile Builders LLC did and I have already contacted the company for another project. I recommend Versatile Builders LLC for their quality work and their professionalism.

Jimmy and his crew made magic happen in our formerly scary bathroom. We had half begun converting our kitchen into a bathroom when the pandemic hit. Three years later we found Versatile Builders, and Jimmy and the team came in and rescued us! They met all the challenges our job presented (half finished work, seriously sloping floors, an entire window and frame buried beneath a layer of drywall) with great skill. Jimmy wasn’t afraid to deal with the quirks of a 100+ year old Dorchester house. He gave us great advice when we needed it and listened carefully to what we envisioned for our bathroom. Communication was great and he finished the project on time! We will definitely use Jimmy and Versatile Builders again, and we wholeheartedly recommend him for any home renovations!

Jimmy did an excellent job for my project. He is open, honest and very responsible. He answered my phone calls immediately no matter how busy he was. He understood all details of the project and built everything perfectly to my design and finished on time. Highly recommend Jimmy and his company!
