One homeowner wrote in February 2025 that Vieira's had done five or six projects for them over the previous two years. It is a common story here: more than ten reviewers describe coming back for a second or third job — paint, then floors, then a deck, then a bathroom. An August 2026 reviewer says the company is owned and run by Joao Junior, and it is Junior the customers deal with. The big jobs are in there too. In October 2024, a customer had their whole house renovated — flooring on two floors, paint, the kitchen and two bathrooms — done on schedule, and wrote that Junior redid some of the tiling to get it right at no cost to them. In October 2025, another had a gut renovation of a kitchen and dining room come in on budget, with design ideas from Junior along the way. A December 2025 review describes a farmer porch built onto the front of the house. Smaller calls get the same treatment. A July 2025 homeowner said Junior came out the same day they called about deck repairs and sent an estimate the next, and the crew arrived on the day promised to replace railings and boards. A September 2025 customer's exterior painting was left half-done when their gutter installer ran late; Junior promised to come back, and when they called him later the crew came out and finished it. An October 2025 reviewer described the owner on site and the job prepped with floor and furniture coverings. Not everyone was happy. A May 2025 one-star review came from a customer whose primary bathroom was remodeled in late 2024; they wrote that they do not leave negative reviews lightly, that they believe in holding professionals accountable, and that the pricing was fair. If a bathroom is your project, ask how that one was settled. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #201989, is active, and its BBB page is an A+. Its own site lists remodeling, painting, flooring, carpentry, patios, plumbing, electrical and door and window installation around Boston. For a homeowner who would rather have one crew take the whole list — paint, floors, carpentry, a bathroom — than line up a specialist for each, this is a straightforward call. Put the scope and the schedule in writing before the crew starts.
