I can’t recommend this roofing company based on my experience. We had our roof and gutters installed in October 2025, but the gutters were not properly installed/did not have the proper drainage and continued to drain incorrectly. This was especially disappointing because improper drainage was one of our biggest concerns, and we specifically had new gutters installed to address the issue. When the owner came to collect the remaining payment, he assured us that someone would come by between jobs to fix the gutters before winter. That never happened. Each time it rained, water began coming into our home. In late January or early February, I contacted the company again because the water intrusion became worse due to ice dams. The owner assured me that once the snow melted in the spring, someone would return to fix the gutters. In April, I followed up again and was told that someone would come between jobs. In June, I was told that someone would come on a Tuesday or Wednesday to inspect the problem, but no one ever showed up. Since then, I have made multiple calls trying to speak with someone, but no one has returned my calls. What’s most disappointing is the lack of follow-through after the work was completed. I understand that companies can get busy, but when faulty gutter installation is causing water to enter your home, you expect the company to stand behind its work and respond to repeated requests for help. Unfortunately, that has not happened. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the work and the level of customer service this company has provided.

Hack job from warren roofers. Came to a job today and saw this. Poor customer tried to have them fix it but they refused. Theres no pride in the work thats done nowadays its disgusting.

Warren roofers replaced our garage roof with new metal roofing. It hasn't been terribly long (couple of years) and the roof has been leaking, likely the whole time. We only noticed because in the upstairs of our garage, the sheetrock started to crack and black mold has started to grow. You can see light coming through in one of the crawl spaces. After many calls, they did come take a look at it and made an educated guess for the problem and said they'd send someone within the next couple of weeks to fix it. It's been months with no further communication despite reaching out on several occasions again. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. We are a young couple and don't think it is unreasonable to expect quality work on something that cost thousands.

I needed a new roof for my home and received several quotes from around the area. Warren Roofers had the most reasonable price and warranty. I needed my roof done ASAP and Ed was able to push me up in the schedule. The crew was on time and got the job done very quickly. Additionally, I had inquired for an extra sweep of my yard to check for stray nails. They took that extra step for my peace of mind. I feel confident to place my home on the market now that it is complete with a beautiful new roof. Thank you!
