White Walnut Woodmaster

Most of what customers say about White Walnut Woodmaster comes back to cabinets, and many of them name Leo. The Hyannis company describes itself as a kitchen and bathroom remodeling and custom cabinetry outfit serving Cape Cod and the South Shore, and it holds a 4.9-star average across 76 Thumbtack ratings and 4.7 on Google from 16. The newest work is not a kitchen. Three August 2026 Thumbtack reviews describe a backyard swing set: one customer said the job was finished while they were away, the anchors were properly installed and the work area was left neat and clean. In a March 2026 review, a homeowner called Leo meticulous and knowledgeable on a cabinet installation. The 2025 reviews are mostly kitchen jobs. A September 2025 Thumbtack customer who had designed their own cabinet layout said Leo offered to supply the cabinets, moved an outlet, routed a vent and found an exact matching counter, with clear pricing and quick replies by text. A spring 2025 Angi reviewer had cabinets and a countertop installed in less than a week. The longest account, a March 2025 Google review, is mixed. The homeowner liked the new kitchen and dining room floor, the cabinets and the ceiling lights, and said Leo replaced an old metal drain pipe for $600 rather than his plumbers' $1300. The same customer described trouble with communication after they went directly to the countertop company, a gap between the countertop and wall still missing caulk and paint, scratches on cabinet shelves, and debris and dust left inside the cabinets. Separately, one BBB review says a person from the company is not a professional and tells readers not to hire him. The state registry lists the company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #213095, held by White Walnut Woodmaster, Llc, as expired.
