Ask the owner which is right, and for references from jobs finished in the past year rather than three years ago. Two other things are worth raising before booking. The listed services run past fencing into deck and porch remodels and appliance repair, so confirm who would actually be doing your job and how often they do that particular work. And because the business is based across the state line, ask how it is licensed and insured for work at a Massachusetts address, and get that in writing alongside the quote.
