Window Technologies is essentially Jeremy Kingsbury and a small crew: most of its Google reviews name him personally, and several describe him doing the assessment, the estimate and the install himself. The West Warren shop puts in and replaces windows and doors, and its site says it covers Worcester, Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, Berkshire and Hartford counties, for houses and commercial spaces alike. Its Google page shows a 5-star average across 19 ratings. The jobs described there are windows in every configuration, plus doors: a 2024 condo customer had new windows and screens installed throughout, full installs rather than replacement inserts; a November 2024 reviewer had a large bay window and doors replaced at their parents' house; an August 2025 customer had a failed basement window replaced after Jeremy explained the process from the start. In April 2026 a homeowner had the closing mechanism on a door replaced. Two customers put the working style in concrete terms. A September 2025 reviewer, on their second job with the company, wrote that when a bedroom window fell out early one morning before Christmas, Jeremy came that morning before his first client, and that the prices ran cheaper than the big-name companies. A March 2026 customer noticed the crew worked straight through — no lunches, nobody standing around. The thing to pin down is the window itself rather than the labour. A December 2024 customer described delay after delay from the window manufacturer, which could not supply a window after four months of promises and missed deadlines, and credited Jeremy with returning every call through it. Ask which brand is being ordered and get the lead time in writing. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry, in Jeremy Kingsbury's name. The company's own site lists an unrestricted construction supervisor licence, CS-116915. Its Better Business Bureau page is an A+, and one wrinkle there is worth raising on the call: the site says more than 25 years upgrading windows and doors, while the BBB profile records the business as started 5/12/2022. For a window or patio-door job where you want one person accountable from the assessment through the cleanup, this is that kind of outfit — settle the supply timeline and ask how long the company itself has been operating.
Jeremy from Window Technologies replaced the closing mechanism on our door. He was prompt, efficient and professional and we will be using them again for door installations.
Fantastic group! My window is beautiful! They worked all the way through, no lunches, no one stood around. Kind, courteous gentlemen. Jeremy is the best!
look very nice I am pleased
I've used window technologies twice and they do a great job. I have recommended them to others as well. The prices are cheaper than big name companies. When our window fell out in our bedroom early morning before Christmas Jeremy came that morning before his first client and secured it while we waited until we could afford the replacement window.
Jeremy explained the process clearly from the start and replaced my failed basement window as promised. It looks great.
