Google rates the business 5 stars from 18 ratings. A separate July 2026 repeat customer said they liked the barn mini-splits enough to get another pair for the house. That customer credited Doug and the team with returning calls, showing up and cleaning up, and described the units as quiet and cooling well. An April 2026 customer praised communication and reasonable charges. In an October 2025 review, a homeowner described Doug and his team installing two Mitsubishi heat pumps with six mini-split heads.
