Unfortunately, I was assigned to Thao Tran. She came across cold and like she couldn't be bothered. I was looking for medium range appliances because it's for a condo space. I'd like to go premium when I upgrade my place. Perhaps she didnt find it premium enough. She judged by my skin color to be honest. I most likely will not come back when I upgrade my home/appliances.
Dorian did a very quick, clean, and thorough job to deliver our new range.
