Zanineli Cleaning Services

Post-construction cleanup has led to lasting cleaning arrangements for Zanineli customers. In a December 2023 Angi review, one homeowner described hiring Gislaine and her team after a significant remodel, then keeping them for monthly cleaning over the following two and a half years. The customer said the house was spotless after the first cleanup and praised the team's careful, thorough work. Zanineli Cleaning Services describes itself as a Centerville-based residential and Airbnb turnover cleaning business, owner-operated by Gislaine Zanineli. Its website says she gained cleaning and laundry experience in London before building the company in the US, and reports nine years in business. The stated service area covers Cape Cod and nearby Plymouth, Wareham and Bourne. Alongside recurring house cleaning, the company advertises deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, window and upholstery cleaning, post-construction cleanup, closet organization and laundry service. A February 2024 Angi customer said the team had handled both post-construction cleanup and regular cleaning at their home since 2020, praising the consistency of the work. A separate December 2023 reviewer described every-other-week house cleaning and said Gislaine was responsive to special requests. Another customer writing that December specifically mentioned cleaning baseboards and windows, punctual visits and trusted cat sitting while the household was away. Rental-property work appears in a March 2024 Google account: the customer said they had used Gislaine and her team for ten years, and that renters repeatedly commented on how clean and organized the house was. In February 2024, another Google reviewer described deep cleaning, deck cleaning and organization work involving closets and packing. A separate customer that month praised the attention Gislaine and her team paid to cleaning details. Communication mattered to the homeowner who first hired the company after the remodel. In that December 2023 review, the customer said texting Gislaine was easy and that cleaning days could be moved to accommodate company. A January 2025 Google reviewer also praised quality and communication.
