Air Guarden

Air Guarden is a Norwich duct and vent cleaning company. Its website describes air duct cleaning with sanitization, dryer vent cleaning, installation and repair, and mini-split cleaning, and lists a service area that runs from Norwich and New London to Hartford, New Haven, Stamford and Danbury. On Google it shows 5 stars from 170 ratings, and Thumbtack shows 5.0 from 103. A recent customer with a large house said Eli and Holger cleaned all 28+ vents, the laundry dryer vent and the bathroom exhaust fans, then finished with an antimicrobial treatment. A customer with a bad mold issue in three mini-splits said they cleaned them out when the regular HVAC company didn't know what to do, and later found disconnected ducts during a full-house cleaning and fixed them. One customer had four indoor mini-splits cleaned after calling on a Monday; the visit came the next day, with no additional charges during the job. The dryer work goes beyond cleaning. One recent customer had a new dryer vent duct installed in rigid sheet metal, run from a basement through a crawlspace to the outside: they scoped it out and gave an estimate on a Friday and did the job Monday in one visit. A customer whose dryer wasn't working said they showed the lint and damage in the piping, fixed it and installed a new vent output. A recent customer said the splits and bathroom vents were cleaned with photos and videos taken before and after. In a 2025 review, a customer said Kobi and Eli cleaned 34 vents and a long dryer line between 8:30am and 12:30pm, using a cover over the vents so no dust got up in the air. On price, a recent customer who gave four stars said it was higher than anticipated but was satisfied.
