Across 127 Google reviews averaging 4.9 stars, one thing shows up again and again: how fast Air Pros MA gets someone to the door. The Hyannis-based plumbing, heating and air conditioning company serves Cape Cod, and a 2024 review names Paul and Mike as owners who still show up on jobs themselves. The emergency calls are where this shows most clearly. A recent review describes National Grid finding a gas leak during a meter swap — a technician was out and had a faulty pipe joint replaced the same day. After February's storm knocked out power, a technician walked a quarter mile because the road was closed to get a customer's heat back on. In an 2025 review, a homeowner with a late-night Rinnai water heater failure got a callback early the next morning and a fix within the hour. Reviews also describe named techs repeatedly by name — Zack, Bryant, and office staffer Melissa come up across dozens of different jobs — plus, in a 2025 review, John Lewis and an apprentice replacing rotted cast iron piping. The work spans furnace and boiler service, mini-split and central AC installs, water heaters, and pipe leaks. One recent review is a clear exception: a customer who'd previously left a five-star review says a later job caused a holdback on their home closing and that the crew didn't move with urgency. And in a 2024 review, a customer described a roughly $6,000 quote for a compressor replacement after the company changed ownership, calling it a shift from what they'd paid before under the previous owner. For plumbing, heating or AC issues — especially anything urgent — the reviews point to fast, well-communicated service as the norm on Cape Cod. For work tied to a deadline like a closing, it's worth pinning down the schedule in writing given the one recent account where that didn't hold.
Great service, reasonable prices and friendly, professional staff. Awesome response time. When National Grid exchanged our meter they found a gas leak in our basement and shut off the gas. After a call to Air Pros, a technician was at our house and replaced a faulty pipe joint within 3 hours of our call. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Always responsive quickly. They guys are the best around.
I previously gave a 5 star review for Air Pros, but due to the most recent service they provided, I would no longer recommend them. They caused a holdback on my closing. They didn't show any sense of urgency and for that reason I do not recommend Air Pros, in Hyannis, MA. My heat pump system failed in the middle of February and they were not able to fix it until the end of March. I kept begging them to prioritize my job since my closing was fast approaching. They had the part they needed on the Tuesday before my Friday closing. They kept telling me that they would get it done. They didn't get to my house until 5:00 on Thursday even though it only took 30 minutes to do the work. The walk-through for my closing was already done with the heat pump still not working. It didn't seem to bother them at all.
No heat after power was restored after Feb. megastorm. Air Pros responded immediately and rep had to walk a quarter mile with his tools because road was closed. He was fantastic and solved our problem.
By far the best plumbing, heating and air conditioning company on Cape Cod by far. They have exceeded my expectations. Always available, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They manage and maintain my heating and air conditioning units as well as top notch plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
