All Plumbing & Heating LLC describes itself as a residential plumbing and heating company handling plumbing repairs, water heaters, boilers, heating systems and water treatment, and says it has more than 20 years of experience. Its website lists a service area that includes Andover, Columbia, Coventry, Hebron, Manchester and Glastonbury. A recent customer said Stan resolved a water heater issue quickly and for a fair cost, with the problem fixed by morning after a call the night before. A recent bathroom shower upgrade had the shower valve and piping replaced and the floor drain piping replaced to better align with the floor plan; that customer called the price high but within current market prices. A 2026 customer said Dylan fixed a leak spraying from the pressure tank, explained the repair as he worked, and came back out over what turned out to be a shower head setting. A 2025 customer said the owner, Kurt, came to the house personally to fix an issue after his shift as a volunteer firefighter. A 2024 customer said Kurt arrived on time the next morning, fixed an outdoor faucet that had gone from a trickle to a gush, and did a pressure test. A 2024 customer said the company missed the first install date for a shower but apologized, and the install went smoothly. A recent customer said Kurt was a no-show for a scheduled appointment, and that after the work the household discovered it had no running water. That customer was quoted $285 including tax, was charged $294.98, and said Kurt called the difference first a credit card fee and then a tenant fee. Its Connecticut plumber license, PLM.0204743-P1, held in the name All Plumbing & Heating LLC, is expired on the state registry.
I had a very disappointing experience with Kurt and would not recommend his services. He was a no-show for his scheduled appointment, and I had to call the office three times just to get an ETA and find out whether he was coming. After he eventually completed the work, he left without checking that the water was functioning properly. We subsequently discovered that we had no running water. When I called him, he insisted everything was correct because he had taken pictures. Rather than taking responsibility and making sure the issue was resolved, he threatened to charge me for coming back out to fix a problem that appeared to have resulted from his work. The billing was just as concerning. I was quoted $285, including tax, but was charged $294.98 without my consent. When I questioned the additional charge, he first told me it was a credit card fee and then claimed it was a tenant fee required by the state of Connecticut. The conflicting explanations raised serious concerns about the transparency of his pricing. Between the missed appointment, lack of follow-through, failure to ensure we had running water, threats to charge me for a return visit, and unexpected charges, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. I expect a service professional to be reliable, accountable, and transparent about pricing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Kurt.
Redid plumbing for a bathroom remodel. Highly professional.
Great job done during our bathroom shower upgrade. Our plumber (sorry name has slipped away?) the shower valve & piping replaced with new. Even the floor drain piping was replaced to better align with the floor plan. The overall renovation price was seeming high yet within current market prices.
These guys are fabulous! They are skilled, dependable and reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Everyone from the office to the technicians (thanks Jose and Dylan) were great. Definitely would recommend them.
