Two people have written about All Services Group on Google, and they could not disagree more. In a 2022 review, a homeowner whose old hot water heater started leaking called the company very responsive and said they planned to use them for a few other plumbing issues. In May 2024, a one-star reviewer went the other way entirely, alleging that the company's installer did work incorrectly and left angry customers paying to have it put right — and adding that it was no surprise, in their words, that the company was out of business. Google's own tally sits at 4.3 stars from 13 ratings, well above what those two accounts on their own would suggest, and nothing readable is newer than 2024. That is a small and dated basis for letting anyone into your house. If you are considering them, confirm first that they are still trading, then ask who actually performs the installation and what happens if the work has to be redone.
Complete incompetence! Timothy O'Brien has no business being in any business, he and his incompetent installer, Mario have no ides what they are doing! It is not at all shocking he is out of business! Sadly, leaving a string of very angry customers in his wake having to come up with big bucks to repair what he and his unqualified installers incorrectly installed!
Very responsive when my old hot water heater started to leak. I plan to use them for a few other plumbing issues.
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from All Services Group, Inc. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
