Aluminum Age Inc

Aluminum Age Inc. is a family-run Tewksbury remodeling and exterior contractor that says it's worked the Merrimack Valley since 1960 — and the paper trail backs that up. Permit records show a dozen residential jobs from 1997 through 2018: vinyl siding, replacement windows, additions, porch and deck work, and a couple of kitchen and bath remodels in Arlington and Burlington. The one written account on file, a 2017 review, describes hiring Dan Valente for siding and trim on a home addition — the reviewer called the work high-quality and the pricing fair, and noted he even fixed problems left by a previous contractor on the same job. Before calling, it's worth knowing the state registry confirms Aluminum Age's Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration (#101024) has expired. The BBB gives the company an A+ rating but lists it as NOT accredited, and the two directories disagree on basic details — BBB names Francesco, Jeannette and Charles Valente as its officers while BuildZoom and the company's own site point to Dan Valente, and BBB's phone number doesn't match the one on the company website. None of that means it isn't the same 659 Chandler Street operation — the address and permit history line up — but it's worth confirming who you're actually dealing with and getting current proof of registration before signing anything.
