Apex Construction & Environmental, Inc. is a Dorchester, MA home improvement contractor run by Miles Iyamu, working out of 86 Brunswick Street. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, once active, is now expired. In a January 2026 article, a Somerville news blog described a homeowner connected with Apex through a city-backed renovation referral program — the piece reported that problems arose almost immediately once the work began. Given the lapsed registration and that reported account, anyone considering Apex should confirm its current licensing status and get a clear written scope of work before signing on.
“the program connected her with a pre-approved contractor: Miles Iyamu of Apex Construction & Environmental, Inc., based at 86 Brunswick Street in Dorchester, MA. The work commenced, but problems arose almost immediately.”
