Appliance Corner

Appliance Corner is an independent appliance dealer in Lawrence that's been open since 1995, selling and servicing kitchen and laundry appliances out of its Lowell Street showroom — sales staff and service technicians who show up by name review after review. The sales side gets singled out often: Aimee (spelled Amie in some reviews) walks buyers through manufacturer, dealer-group and Massachusetts MassSave rebates — in a 2024 review, one customer credited her with laying out a $500 rebate for switching a natural-gas cooktop to induction, and getting Bosch to swap a refrigerator door that arrived damaged. On the service side, technicians named Mike and John come up for fixing ovens and washers on the spot, sometimes explaining the problem at no charge. In a 2023 review, one customer said Appliance Corner wasn't taking new service clients but still looked up the part they needed and walked them through a DIY dryer-heating-element swap over the phone, saving them a couple hundred dollars. Pricing gets called out as competitive with, or cheaper than, both big-box stores and local competitors in several reviews. The one dissent, a 2026 three-star review, described prices running a bit higher than expected and the store getting busy enough that help can be hard to find. The Better Business Bureau lists the business with an A+ rating, though it notes Appliance Corner is not BBB-accredited.
