Gill's Appliance Repair LLC

I texted Gill this morning to inquire about his availability to help with hoses leaking on a clothes washer and a dishwasher that was falling forward. He texted right back, said he could come out between 5-7pm tonight and arrived at 5:20 pm, after a courtesy text that he was on his way. This afternoon the dishwasher stopped working, I texted Gill, and it was no issue for him to add on this problem. I was impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of his work. I was very impressed that he actually responded to my inquiry, as other companies did not have the courtesy to respond. The washing machine was brand new and the company from which I bought it was not going to help me out until later this week. In addition to the repair service, Gill gave me a incredible amount of information on the care of my appliances. I am so impressed with Gill's service and his concern for reducing problems with my appliances. He will be my go to person for any appliance issues. I am a real procrastinator and the fact that I am posting this within hours of Gill leaving attests to how pleased I was with his service.

I called Gill explaining an issue I had with my window a/c. It was not working. While I had the common sense not to have this 11 yr old a/c fixed, I had some questions to why it was suddenly not working.. Gill told me what I could do to get it running. I appreciate him taking the time to call me back and give me options. While I never have used Gill to repair anything of mine, I will absolutely call him the next time I have an issue with an appliance.. Thanks Gill

Called Gill on Tuesday, and Wednesday morning he called me back. Good response time. Also, got his man Keith I believe, to come between 3:00 and 5:00. Right on schedule, and what a great job by this young man! Reasonable price also. Couldn't have been done better or faster! Incredible. - John

Found Gills appliance online. When I called Gill, himself answered. He spent his time on the phone with me explaining what the problem may have been with the fridge so I was fully prepared. When the tech came out the very next day he was extremely professional, kind to my kids and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He even explained what he had to do. When he was done the price was very reasonable. We will definitely be calling Gill's Appliance again if we ever have a problem. Can not say enough kind words about this company.

Our washer is now working beautifully and the technician who was dispatched to our home , Brian, was clean, polite, and well spoken.
