A recent customer in Vermont said they arrived early every morning on time and cleaned the entire area before leaving each day, with Gregg in charge of the project. A recent customer who used the vacation service for two weeks came home to a clean pool. One recent review says James and Darryl arrived promptly to open the pool and reassembled the equipment. A recent customer said the filters clogged and the pool turned green within a month of the service, and that the company had not filled the chlorinator. A recent customer wrote that the pool equipment was set on gravel and pavers instead of the concrete pad promised. A 2025 customer reported seven cracks spanning the width of a brand new gunite shell, and said the plaster cracked in multiple places 24 hours after it was applied.

Aqua pool did the most incredible job on our pool build. We are in Vermont and they arrived early every morning on time and when they would leave each day they cleaned the entire area and were incredibly friendly and professional. The pool build was seamless with constant contact from Gregg whom was in charge of the project. They go over every detail from mechanics to cleaning and every aspect of pool ownership and are there for any questions and respond quickly. I have built and renovated houses and this was the best experience by far. Thank you Aqua pool for making our dream come true so effortlessly. Highly recommend.
We had our poo replastered with people sheen and needed to have the water tested daily for 30 days. With Grant and Amber we experienced an incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable environment. We felt that they cared as much as we did in getting this process right and spent whatever time we needed answering questions to keep things on track. Used their vacation service for two weeks while I was away. Great service and the office team were great getting this all set up. It was nice coming home from vacation to a clean pool. Will definitely be using Aqual Pool again.
We had such a wonderful experience with Aqua Pool. From the very beginning, everyone was incredibly communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. Anytime we had a question or concern, someone was quick to respond and help, which we really appreciated throughout such a big project. The quality of their work is exceptional, and our pool turned out absolutely beautiful! You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers and the finished product. We are so happy with our pool and incredibly grateful to the entire Aqua Pool team for helping bring it all together. We look forward to continuing to work with them for our pool maintenance and care for years to come. We would recommend Aqua Pool without hesitation!
These guys leave your site looking like a disaster zone when the pool is "done". They tell you they're going to put in a concrete pad for your pool equipment and then they just slap it on a little bit of gravel and some pavers and perch it so that it's ready to fall over and tell you that's all that you get. Then after about 9 months your Pebble tech finish is going to start peeling off and they're not going to return your calls. Get back to Newtown and return the calls about your product not holding up as promised!
