For a large renovation or an addition — the kind of job where somebody has to run several trades against a schedule — this is the work the company describes itself doing. For a smaller project, ask where it would sit alongside the bigger ones, and get a fixed scope, the name of the supervisor who will actually be on site, and a written schedule before work starts.
