We had an excellent experience with our propane gas line and stove installation this winter. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Reno, the technician, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and truly ingenious when troubleshooting an issue with the assembly of our newly purchased gas stove. He was accompanied by his apprentice, and together they demonstrated a strong commitment to both safety and craftsmanship throughout the entire installation. Reno thoughtfully minimized drilling into our cabinetry while ensuring a safe, secure, and properly routed propane line to our tank. Every step was handled with care, logic, and ease, which gave us complete confidence in the work being done. Despite a major cold snap and other urgent service calls, Reno returned the very next day to complete the installation without delay or compromise. John, who handled scheduling, was exceptionally prompt and responsive throughout a very busy period, making the coordination smooth and stress-free. We are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Reno and John at Baribault Oil. We absolutely love our new gas stove and highly recommend their team for anyone needing reliable, skilled, and professional service!

We have been ordering oil from this company for years, but our recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. The woman answering the phone has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Yesterday she actually hung up on me simply because I said I was going to shop around for prices. Today, when my husband called, she told him we were no longer customers and that we should just go with the company we ordered from yesterday. The reason we had to order from another company in the first place was because they were unable to come out for several days and we couldn’t risk running out of oil. Instead of understanding that, we were treated with hostility. It’s unfortunate because we had been loyal customers for years, but customer service like this drives people away. We will be switching to another fuel company going forward and will be sharing our experience with others so they know what to expect. Very disappointing to see a business go downhill like this.

Excellent service, couldn’t be more friendly reliable or affordable. If you’re just buying oil, getting a cleaning or equipment replacement job they are the ones you want to call.

The property I'm renting to a relative suddenly stopped supplying heat one cold morning. John replied within hours and had a great tech, Reno, diagnose the problem. Though he could not fix it completely that day, he was able to get heat working until he returned a few days later with new parts. Reno and John were fantastic through the whole ordeal. Kudos to Duke as well for taking my calls over the weekend as a water main break in town complicated matters even further. This company will help you any way they can when you need it most.
