Bath Busters

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Communication was one of the biggest problems. After the installation, I had questions about the materials that were used and repeatedly asked for information about the manufacturer. My requests were largely ignored, and getting a response was extremely difficult. Once the job was completed, customer service seemed to disappear. I was also disappointed with the quality of the installation. Some of the wall areas were finished with ZIP System sheathing instead of an appropriate interior moisture-resistant wallboard, which raised concerns about the workmanship and attention to detail. A bathroom remodel is a major investment, and I expected better communication, higher-quality workmanship, and stronger support after the sale. Unfortunately, my experience fell well short of those expectations.

I only had a bad experience with this company. they sold me defective walk-in tub parts. Could never get a call back.They did not have a licensed plumber working or owning the company. I had to hire my own plumber to finish the job.

Avoid avoid avoid spent $17,000 on a shower and have an issues from day one regarding shower doors that do not stay closed. Cannot get a person. They never answer a phone. They never call you back. They just take your money stay away.

Edit: after leaving this review and filing a complaint to the BBB, they finally got in touch and got the inspection done. I'm bumping to 3 stars because it really was a 5 star job, but hounding them for 9 months to get them to finish was a 1 star customer experience. If you do choose to go with them, I'd advise you get them to agree to final payment being after final inspection is complete. The second you make your final payment to Bath Busters it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of them. I had a bathroom installed in March. Bath Busters never scheduled the final plumbing inspection, and they have completely ghosted me. It's been 5 months, I have called over a dozen times (leaving voicemails because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone), and haven't heard a word from them. If you do go with this company, don't make the huge mistake I did and make your final payment before absolutely everything you need is taken care of, because you will never heard from them again. I shutter to think what would happen if I had an issue with the actual bathroom. They claim to provide a warranty on their installs, but I am confident I'd get the same cold shoulder I'm getting now if I needed anything repaired. There are plenty of other reviews of people with issues who can't get ahold of them. Make no mistake, no matter how the install goes, you won't be able to reach them if you have any issues down the line!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Company is a scam. They are responsive until you sign that contract. We had our shower “done”and it is and CONTINUES to be an absolute headache. Our custom glass was sized and delivered wrong three times. We had to keep calling to check in when the right size was coming in, and it kept falling off their radar. They sent one guy for a seven hour job to install our shower on his own, felt so bad for him! Lifetime guarantee? Scam. No wonder that is in their marketing, our shower has been leaking water from day one and we have not been able to get anyone to call us back. Can’t wait to deal with the mold that develops as a result. We’ve had several team members feed us bs about getting back to us and they never do. We are very patient people and this process has been ongoing for a year. We spent a fortune to renovate our shower in our first home and this has been so disappointing. The process, the team, the price, and now the end result. Friendly advice, go literally anywhere else and do your research.
