Couldn't meet a friendlier group of family guys!! My mother broke her shoulder at the end of November and we weren't able to afford a Christmas tree this year but these guys were out with their sweet kids on a chilly day giving away free trees!! Our experience with Bayside Builders exceeded every expectation each step of the way in building our house on Cape Cod! Nick Bowes introduced us to many home styles within the subdivision, allowing us to see actual owners homes as well as the model and answered every question in a timely fashion whenever we called. Bayside has a strong relationship with all of their subcontractors and gave us specific names of who to deal with to keep the project moving smoothly. Our house was completed within the 5 month timeline they set with no delays. But perhaps even more importantly, everything was done with such quality and attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased and truly appreciate their incredible teamwork and very high quality and customer service! We would recommend them without hesitation!

I recently purchased a home built by Bayside in Cotuit Meadows. This is the fifth house my wife and I had built for us, and by far Bayside was the best experience we ever had. They were always very professional in all of our dealings. From the very first meeting, they kept us informed of the project status every step of the way. When we first purchased the home, a schedule was set and from initial groundbreaking to completion, the schedule was met - to the day. We are very impressed with the quality of the home built. The attention to detail, as well as customer satisfaction is very impressive. They went over and above what we expected to get. Bayside hires top quality sub contractors. Every one of them we have dealt with has been very courteous and respectful. Follow up has been very impressive, when we had a follow up issue, the response was excellent and professional. We are extremely pleased with the product we got from Bayside Building, and if given the opportunity in the future we will certainly build with them again.

Could not be happier with our new cape cod getaway! Working with Nick Bowes, Brian Dacey and the staff at Bay Building has been an excellent experience from selecting the lot to house design and working with their suppliers. Great attention to detail in every phase of construction and quick to resolve any issues along the way. Throughout construction Nick proactively emailed photos to help me keep track of progress and was quick to recommended enhancements to the design. Without hesitation I would recommend Bayside Builders. They built my house like it was their own.

We were initially impressed with the quality of construction and details we had not seen in other new homes within our price range. We decided to build with Bayside because they were willing to customize one of their models to our specifications and work within our budget. Throughout the process we found Nick to be easy to work with:, he listened, made suggestions, responded to emails and phone calls in a timely, professional and respectful manner. Because we were living in Maine while the house was being built, Nick took the time to send us photos and when we realized a window was in the wrong place on the blueprint, Nick went to the site to make sure the change was made and then called us to confirm. When some issues arose with a contractor, he validated our concerns and went to bat for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We really appreciated that. The building timeline went as scheduled and we even closed early.
