Belport Building & Remodeling, LLC

Belport Building & Remodeling is a Cape Cod design-build contractor working out of West Barnstable/Hyannis, handling both residential and commercial building and remodeling. It was founded in 2004 by owner Dmitry Mazheika, who the site's testimonials describe as running the crew day-to-day, and the company says it has been in business 22 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and the Better Business Bureau has accredited it with an A+ rating since 2007. Its most recent Google review, from this spring, calls the company 'one of the most dependable contractors out there,' citing clear communication and respected timelines. That holds up across roughly a dozen reviews posted between December 2025 and April 2026, most describing on-time, on-estimate work with Dmitry named directly as hands-on with each job. The specifics that back it up run further back. In a 2023 review, a homeowner described an extensive renovation touching the kitchen, living room and most of the home's flooring, crediting Dmitry's 'knowledge, experience and attention to detail.' In a 2022 review, a customer described the crew replacing and waterproofing a water-damaged screen porch roof — stripping the ceiling, rebuilding it in beadboard, and finishing mid-winter without missing a step, staying in touch and showing up on time throughout. Belport is an Andersen Windows and Doors certified contractor and a licensed TEMO outdoor dealer, according to its own site — worth asking about directly if a project touches either. Given how much of its recent record clusters in the past year, it's worth confirming current scheduling and lead times before booking.
