Best Climate Control

Called at 8am for a faulty a/c unit. A wonderful tech named Patrick was able to get there by noon. He found the issue and repair was made. Great service.

Our water boiler stopped working this week. The quote for a new boiler from our oil company was insanely expensive and they told me they couldn’t fit us in for a week or two unless I put down 50% right then and there. My fiancé is working overseas so I was very stressed out trying to make a decision and my future in-laws recommended I try Best Climate Control. I couldn’t be more relieved they did! Dave came out an hour after I called and gave me an estimate that was *several thousand* dollars less than the oil company’s. They then showed up right on time to replace my boiler just a few days later. They were professional and kind, and they certainly gained a loyal customer. I can’t recommend them enough! I will note: We live in the same town as Dave’s business. I’m not sure if they could have the same level of flexibility with customers in other towns, but I can definitely speak to their professionalism, punctuality, and kindness. Thank you, Dave and co.!
