My apologies to the Beyond Pool team for this very belated review. In my defense, I really wanted to wait until after completing the landscaping surround so I could appropriately showcase this wonderful pool as it deserves. Unfortunately, this took us a couple seasons to wrap up. To the review: Kevin, from Beyond, initially came off as a stoic and serious fellow. Not as slick as the salesmen that the bigger outfits send out. Over the course of the project, I came to see kevin as an honest, still serious, not mincing words kind of guy. Found him to be straightforward and honest overall, especially regarding potential complications with excavation that might end up running the budget of the project up. Thankfully we didn’t hit any of these. Beyond pools, at the time, was running a small, professional and friendly crew. They competed each stage of the project on time or early. The salt-water pool(wouldn’t recommend any other way) is simply stunning and we are so happy with it. From large cookouts to just the family, it has become our private oasis. Silver lining to the review: we are now two and half seasons deep, and I have experienced zero complications or mechanical issues that were not of my own making.

My inground pool liner has been done for 2 weeks now, and we are very pleased with it. Beyond Pools has a very reasonable price. I could find a cheaper place, but didn’t want to jeopardize the work quality. The team had done a phenomenal job. I need to have my pool to be ready by the end of May for my daughter‘s graduation party. They were able to fit in with their busy schedule for the season and had it done earlier than expected. Customer service is a 5-star plus as they respond to your inquiries promptly. I would recommend Beyond Pools to others.

Beyond Pools did an amazing job on our pool project! From the first conversation through the final details, they were thoughtful, professional, and genuinely great to work with. From the new liner and plumbing updates to the edging, grading and improving the space overall, every part of the project was handled with care and attention to detail. Their team was friendly, efficient, communicative, and respectful of our property the entire time. They kept the site clean, worked hard, and never made us feel like corners were being cut.
