Booska's Flooring

Careful cuts around posts and corners earned Booska's Flooring praise from a customer writing in November 2022. The reviewer named installers Dan and Justice and credited Dennis with being helpful during the project. Booska's combines a downtown Turners Falls flooring store with installation services; the company says it has been in business for 45 years. A July 2026 Google reviewer says the company clearly explained the options and praises both the installation and the finished floor. In a March 2026 review, another customer described having the whole upper floor done and said the store offered the Marmoleum and cork options they wanted. That customer also considered the price lower than other local flooring companies. Older reviews describe individual installation jobs. A June 2024 customer said Sean installed carpeting and padding in a four-season room and praised the result. A May 2021 reviewer described a seamless new floor and efficient service. Google's average is 4.9 stars from 17 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau gives Booska's an A+ grade. According to company information on its BBB page, Booska's sells and installs ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl, hardwood and laminate flooring. Its website advertises free estimates, says it is insured, and names Pelham, South Hadley, Southampton and Ware among the communities it serves.
