In a January 2024 review, a homeowner whose bathroom vent was blowing no air said three or four other people had looked at it before Boston Express got the unit working. A December 2022 customer whose heater died in the cold wrote that Rachid took the phone call himself, arrived two hours later as promised, said a new control board was needed, and was back the next morning. Installation work shows up too: a January 2026 reviewer had all new units put in at home, and a May 2026 reviewer says they have used the company for installations in their house many times. A July 2022 AC repair drew a note about text updates on arrival time. On Google the company holds a 5-star average across 17 ratings. It is a sensible call for a heat-out morning or a quick AC repair; settle the price and get licence and insurance details in writing before the work starts.
