The company says it has been in business 45 years. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 104439, is active on the state registry, held by Bruin Corporation of Attleboro. Its BBB grade is A+. A recent Google customer said Bruin did the air sealing and attic insulation recommended by a Mass Save assessment and completed all of it in one day. A recent Google customer with a house built in 1914 said the company obtained the permits, cleaned up at the end of each day and finished on time and under budget. A recent Google reviewer said the installers of their replacement windows left the house cleaner than when they got there, and a recent customer whose back basement entrance got a new door said they swept the stairs before leaving. In a 2026 Google review, a customer said Kenny came back with an infrared tool to diagnose a moisture issue, while Tom and AJ did the insulating work over two days in tight areas of the attic. A 2025 Google customer said Bruin stripped the original brown wooden shingles off a 1967 home, put on vinyl siding, and replaced all of the trim, shutters and vents. In a 2016 Angi review, a customer said John and his crew installed all of their windows and siding in 3 weeks' time. In a 2017 Angi review, a customer said Bruin missed air sealing in a couple of hard-to-access attic locations, then went back and corrected it once told.
