The two technicians were incredibly thorough. They explained every step of the new furnace, and new central air install, and from there, they were practically invisible. For such a big job, they were never obvious in their work. They were polite, professional, and clearly, talented. Afterwards, they explained how to operate everything in layman's terms...easy to understand! Finally, their clean-up was meticulous...you'd never know that they were here. I have had Comfort service our old furnace, but this was the first time we used them for a big job. I would never hesitate to recommend Home Comfort Heating and Cooling Solutions to any friend or family member. And, this company can always use me as a reference!
I had a new central A/C system installed and then also had Home Comfort do maintenance for my gas boiler. The workmanship was very good and the workers were were clean, efficient and thoughtful. My one major issue with the company is poor communication. Both times I was given a window for arrival and both times was never called before arrival. Arrival was not at the time I was told. I did discuss this with their office. But nothing really changed.
We recently had a ductless AC mini-split system installed throughout our home by Home Comfort Heating and Cooling, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. The installation was clean and efficient, and the quality of work was top-notch. Our home is now incredibly comfortable, and the system works perfectly. What really stood out was the excellent customer service; everyone we interacted with was friendly, responsive, and truly cared about doing the job right.
